TripleMed was founded in order to find a better and longer-lasting solution to the problem of aortic aneurysms. The company has invented a new product, which can be introduced into the aneurysm without needing any incision that is, non-surgical aneurysm repair: NSAR. The product fills the aneurysm, this preventing any further blood from entering it, whilst leaving a channel for the blood to flow through to reach the other arteries.
The TripleMed product will therefore have three main advantages:
Minimally invasive:
A fully percutaneous procedure that can be conducted in an angio suite and with only local anesthetic
All patients eligible:
No limitations due to patient anatomy or aneurysm position
Prevents endoleaks:
Eliminating need for re-intervention and frequent follow-up monitoring
