You’ll design scalable CRM solutions, integrate systems from acquired companies, and align technology with business goals. Your responsibilities

• Design and build scalable Salesforcesolutions using the full Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Marketing & Data Cloud).
• Advise stakeholderson best practices in architecture, integration, security, and scalability.
• Lead CRM integrationsby merging systems from acquired companies into a unified Salesforce platform.
• Customize to meet business needs, creating data models, workflows, validation rules, and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, admins, and analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Stay ahead of the curveby keeping up with Salesforce innovations and applying them to enhance our tech landscape.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, Masters degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Architect in the Salesforce ecosystem, preferably within a corporate or international context.
• Salesforce certifications such as Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect are highly desirable.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, integration, and customization.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and API integrations (REST/SOAP), as well as ETL tools and data migration strategies.
• A strong grasp of Agile/SAFe methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
