Senior SAP SuccessFactors Specialist in Sittard
As part of an agile dev-ops team, you will be responsible for the configuration and administration of our SuccessFactors modules. You will support our employees in the application, serve as the 3rdline of contact for incidents and problems, analyze and solve them, and also provide training if required. In addition, you are always on the lookout for new functions within SAP SuccessFactors and you work with internal teams to ensure that updates and integrations within the company run smoothly.

- A salary that suits your qualities and experience, between €5.000 and €5.600 gross based on a full-time gross monthly salary (40 hours).

What you need to bring:
- You have at least HBO level
- 10 or more years experience in IT and in roles as Application Manager or Business/System Analyst.
- You are experienced in technical change projects; from ensuring requirements, configuration and test. You also have 5 or more years knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience in HR processes and special knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors modules as; Compensation, Time reporting, Employee central, Learning, Onboarding and Recruitment.
- It’s an advantage if you also are experience in People analytics and Performance & Goals. Experience in working according to Agile SAFe methodology and ITIL4.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written. Dutch is an advantage, but not limited.
