Senior HR Generalist, under the lead of the Head of HR EU, will be responsible for implementing the global HR strategy in local organizations while ensuring alignment with business strategy in a changing environment.
They will be responsible for all facets of HR; transactional compensation & benefits processes, people life cycle management (incl. recruitment, performance, off-boarding), people development and employee relations.
Further, they will challenge and support the Local Business Leaders in organizational development and performance of the associates, acting as a support to HR Nobel Biocare / Envista NL & EU projects.

Envista and its family of companies (Envista) will not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from a candidate. An Agency must obtain advance written approval from Envista's internal Talent Acquisition or Human Resources team to submit resumes, and then only in conjunction with a valid fully-executed contract approved by the Global Talent Acquisition leader and in response to a specific job opening. Envista will not pay a fee to any Agency that does not have such agreement and written approval in place.
