SAP SuccessFactors Specialist in Sittard
As an SAP SuccessFactors Specialist at Boels, you will be the driving force behind the further implementation, configuration, and optimization of our HR systems. You will ensure that SuccessFactors is optimally utilized and directly contribute to more efficient HR processes. Thanks to your technical expertise and analytical skills, you will have a significant impact on the digitalization of HR in an international environment.
Your responsibilities include:
- Configuration & Management:Manage and optimize SuccessFactors environment and modules.
- Incident Resolution: Analyze and resolve complex incidents and issues within SuccessFactors.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to make HR processes more efficient and effective.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with HR specialists, IT experts, and external vendors for seamless integration of SuccessFactors.
- Documentation & Innovation:Create and update technical documentation and contribute to innovation within HR IT.
What we offer:
- A salary that suits your qualities and experience, between €5.000 and €5.600 gross based on a full-time gross monthly salary (40 hours).

What you bring:
- Background & Experience: A completed HBO degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or demonstrable relevant work experience.
- SuccessFactors Expertise:At least 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors in an international setting.
- Technical Skills: Experience in the configuration of Employee Central (Time) and/or Onboarding 2.0.Experience with OData API and cloud-based HR solutions is a plus.
- Methodologies:Experience with Agile/SAFe and ITIL4 methodologies.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of English; Dutch is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive, service-oriented attitude.
