Are you a versatile, customer-oriented professional with a talent for multitasking? We are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team at the UCM Information Point. In this role, you will be the first point of contact at our College’s information desk, providing support and answers to face-to-face inquiries from students, UCM colleagues, UM (teaching) Staff, suppliers and guests. Your friendly, personal approach will help create a welcoming environment for all visitors. Beyond your customer service duties, you will also take pride in participating in diverse educational administrative processes. You will play an essential role in maintaining the high standards of our academic environment by ensuring smooth and efficient operations. A natural affinity for administrative work and a proactive approach to problem-solving are key to thriving in this position.
