BIOplastics B.V., onderdeel van de BIOzym Group, is een innovatief en internationaal opererend productiebedrijf. Wij ontwikkelen en vervaardigen hoogwaardige qPCR verbruiksartikelen – waaronder micro-reactievaatjes (<0.2 ml) – die wereldwijd worden ingezet in DNA-onderzoeks- en diagnostische laboratoria.

Onze productie vindt plaats in een hoogtechnologische omgeving met meer dan 25 geavanceerde spuitgietmachines (tot 100 ton) en circa 90 fijnmechanische precisie-matrijzen. Vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Landgraaf en met vestigingen in de VS en China, bedienen wij een wereldwijde markt.

Hoofdtaken

• Uitvoeren van technisch onderhoud en inspecties aan spuitgietmatrijzen
• Optimaliseren en fijn-afstellen van bestaande matrijzen

Jouw Profiel

• MBO werk- en denkniveau
• Ervaring of interesse in fijnmechanische technieken
• Bereidheid tot intern opleidingstraject
• Zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en flexibel
• Teamspeler met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel

Toolmaker (Trainee Position)

BIOplastics B.V., part of the BIOzym Group, is an innovative and internationally operating manufacturing company. We develop and produce high-quality qPCR consumables – including micro reaction tubes (<0.2 ml) – which are used globally in DNA research and diagnostic laboratories.

Our production environment includes over 25 state-of-the-art injection molding machines (up to 100 tons) and around 90 precision-engineered molds. From our headquarters in Landgraaf, and through regional offices in the USA and China, we serve a global customer base.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and inspections on injection molding tools
• Optimize and fine-tune precision molds

Your Profile

• MBO-level education or similar technical background
• Experience or strong interest in fine mechanical techniques
• Willingness to follow an internal training program
• Independent, precise, and flexible attitude
• Team player with a proactive mindset
