Fleet Operations Support Manager in Sittard

The Fleet Operations Support Manager defines, plan, communicate and execute activities according to Uptime roadmap and strategic targets aligned to Boels NXT Strategy and objectives.

You have to advise the organization on the importance of complying with the applicable processes and guidelines. Within the company you are monitoring the regulatioes regarding Uptime, the behaviour of employees and performing compliance checks and risks analyses.

Other responsibilites are:

• Optimizing, improving and safeguarding processes, procedures, guidelines and ultimately governance within Fleet Uptime (e.g. program initiatives, integrations, improvements);
• Coach and support local process responsible in implementation of change;
• Act as project manager, advisor and subject matter-expert in projects;
• Define risks and establish and plan mitigations.

In this role you are reporting to the Head of Uptime and there is a possibility to work hybrid.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in the fields of business economics, business administration or similar.
• Complementary knowledge in the fields of e.g. Lean Six Sigma or Prince certificate is considered to be an advantage
• At least 5-10 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an international environment with a focus on process management or compliance.
• Excellent command of MS-Office programs.
• Experience in the use of SAP, SuccessFactors, Rental software & Qliksence
• Experienced in compliace work of processes, procedures and policies.
• Fluent in english.
