Customer Service/ Shipping Representative
Full time (40 h a week)
In the position as Customer Service/ Shipping Representative you are, together with the team responsible for the entire quoting, order, and logistics process. As a customer service/ Shipping representative you are the first point of contact for our customers. A day at the customer service/ shipping department is never the same. You receive orders by phone, e-mail or through customer portals and complete the entire order entry process accurately and in a timely manner. You support internal and external customer inquiries on pricing and availability issues, and you are responsible for the shipping process of the ordered products, including arranging all the logistics and arranging the required customs documentation.
